HOA Attorney: Law Firm Review - Can you guess who?

Our experience with this law firm was extremely negative. From the start, we received a threatening letter that demanded we solve our issue within a given time frame or face a lawsuit. It was concerning to receive such a letter, and we immediately reached out to ask for help. However, despite making multiple calls, no one called us back. We were left to deal with the situation by ourselves, and even the HOA was unhelpful. We were paying community service every year, but it seemed like that didn't matter to the law firm or the HOA who were both threatening us. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience and made us feel quite unhappy.


In terms of the law firm's professionalism, it was the worst we've ever experienced. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and extremely unhelpful. The only person who was considerate was the receptionist. We had questions about our account and charges, but when we raised them, Cindy seemed clueless about what was going on. We strongly advise steering clear of this law firm.


Our interactions with this law firm were nightmarish. The staff were extremely rude and refused to work with us. They showed no empathy and never called us back, even after numerous attempts to reach them. It was clear that they were unprofessional and uninterested in resolving our concerns. To make things worse, they seem to have a habit of denying former customers, even with proof of our interactions with them. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.


We were alarmed by the law firm's pricing as they charged $150 for a call. Some of their employees were unresponsive and ignored our calls and emails. Even if they did respond, they were unhelpful and unprofessional. If this is how they treat new customers, we can't even imagine how they treat regular ones.


We found this law firm to be highly unprofessional, with an abysmal level of responsiveness. They wouldn't return our calls or answer our emails. We even left a message with their secretary, but no one ever got back to us. We would never consider hiring them.


Based on our experience with them, it's clear that their staff is incredibly rude, and their work ethic is cheap and poor. They claim not to have some of their clients, which is sketchy and unprofessional. We urge anyone dealing with them to keep a record of every interaction and get legal representation immediately.


In conclusion, we found this law firm to be terrible. They were lousy, unprofessional, and rude. Dealing with them was a waste of time, and they brought us more problems than solutions. We strongly advise anyone not to work with them or consider them for legal representation.
